Begonia Amphioxis

Begonia amphioxus is a rare, slower growing species of Begonia native to Asia.

It has bright orange / red edges and is blotted with orange / red dots. It does well in bright, indirect light and moderate to high humidity, but appreciates airflow. Moist soil and sphagnum moss are helpful for rooting this species. It is exceptionally slow to root compared to many other Begonia. It is prized amongst many Begonia keepers.
